The key fob system is undergoing a complete upgrade. New key fobs will be required to raise the clubhouse gate and open the clubhouse and sauna doors. A key fob is required to gain entry to the Clubhouse parking lot, the Clubhouse and saunas.

An application for Key Fobs can be filled out online at www.strathmorecourt.com/Homeowner/KeyFobApplication.aspx. If you prefer to fill out a paper form, applications are also available at the clubhouse or you can print a form here.

Once your application is submitted, you will be notified when your key fobs are available. An adult (over 18) will need to pick them up at the clubhouse. You will be required to sign for the fob(s), acknowledging receipt.

There will be a fee of $15.00 for each replacement key fob. Make checks payable to SCHOA. There will be no fee if old fobs are returned.

In the event a key fob is lost or damaged, a replacement can be purchased for $25.00 each and the lost/damaged fob will be disabled.

Renters will be required to get their landlords to fill out the landlords section of the Application Form.

All common charges and House violation fines must be up to date.

To use your fob, place the fob underneath the plexiglass over the keypad until the gate opens.
