A. Reviewed and accepted, including financials, notices before liens, modification requests, house rule violations and warnings, home sales, Cohen and Warren report

A. Architecture… ongoing; photos to be taken before and after modifications occur to document changes

A. Maintenance…no report

A. Recreation…Pizza party went well, cookie decorations, Bingo night scheduled for early May

A. Pool…Big Splash will attend May meeting

VII. CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

A. July 18th- Jennifer Keisner

VIII. PROJECTS TO BE COMPLETTED

A. Concrete…completed

A. Cameras…will be installed this week

IX. NEW BUSINESS

A. Frank’s annual review May…feedback needs to be given before the review

A. Irrigation quotes…Hi-Tech’s quote covers Federal, clarification needs to be received regarding what the quote specifically covers, will follow up

A. BOD Contact for alarm company…tabled for next meeting

A. Anderson’s Tree - Canal Road…Arborvitae proposal reviewed and approved

A. Tree work… day rate price is needed before it can be approved

A. 2nd HOA Meeting…specific date will be decided in June; questions need to be sent in ahead of time

A. Garbage cans for basketball courts…cans need to be staked into the ground and will be ordered

A. Reliable Fence quote for clubhouse posts…fixing the clubhouse posts approved

A. Laurel Tennis quotes…tabled
