II. Frank…report was given about community needs

III. Scott from Big Splash…Pool opening June 19th

IV. Robert Cortes…Interviewed and appointed

V. Minutes of the April meeting accepted unanimously.

A. Reviewed and accepted, including financials, notices before liens, modification requests, house rule violations and warnings, home sales, Cohen and Warren report

A. Architecture… ongoing; photos to be taken before and after modifications occur to document changes

A. Recreation…Bingo night canceled, Karaoke outside June 13th weather permitting
