III. Approval of Minutes

Minutes of the May meeting accepted unanimously.

IV. Reports of Officers

• President: Freddy will be here on Friday and Saturday to work on sprinkler breaks
• Vice President: No report
• Treasurer: No report
• Secretary: No report

V. Management Report

Reviewed and accepted, including financials, notices before liens, modification requests, house rule violations and warnings, home sales, Cohen and Warren report.

VI. Committees

• Architecture: Ongoing; photos to be taken before and after modifications occur to document changes
• Recreation: Waiting on quote from Chubs for the bbq, recreation meeting is on the 18th
• Pool: Big Splash will get back to us regarding meeting with attendants

VII. Clubhouse Rentals

• July 18th - Jennifer Keisner

VIII. Projects to be Completed

• Laurel Tennis Quotes: Will sections of fence need to be removed; tabled until tennis courts are redone

• BOD Contact for alarm company: Tabled for now

• Tennis Court Key fob Quote: Tabled until tennis courts are redone
• Update pool hours: Awaiting quote for extended hours
• Gym equipment: Pass on purchasing used/unnecessary equipment
• TOB Letter (Dog bite): Report made to police and Town of Brookhaven
