The Association contracts with professionals to ensure the common-area lawns stay neat and healthy. Maintenance includes:
- Spring cleanup: remove debris and prepare turf for the season
- Weekly mowing throughout the growing season
- Weekly trimming around beds and edges
- Monthly edging for clean lines
- Fall cleanup: preparing lawns for winter dormancy
Additionally, a licensed contractor provides chemical treatments:
- Four (4) applications of fertilization
- Two (2) applications of weed killer
- One (1) crabgrass pre-emergent application
- Lime applications as needed
Note: Schedules and applications may be adjusted subject to weather and other conditions.
All planting beds on common ground are maintained seasonally, including spring and fall clean-up and biannual shrub pruning. Beds altered by homeowners are their responsibility. No additional planting is allowed on common-area turf.
